Bought a home in Santa Fe, NM in 2019
T.J. and Matt were excellent realtors throughout our search for a property in Santa Fe. They met with us in the early fall during a quick trip to the area, and they sent us listings and information before our return so that we had a good idea about the market and what was available in our budget. They were very organized, and we formulated an excellent plan that meant we would see the properties we wanted to without wasting any time. They helped us find a home and then stayed on top of all of the details throughout the closing process. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable about real estate and the Santa Fe community. They also provided us with a great list of electricians, plumbers, roofers, handymen, and property managers. In all, we couldn’t be happier with the service provided by T.J. and Matt, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for property in the Santa Fe area.

Liz and I really loved working with TJ and his brother Matt. Knowledgeable about the area and all the problems we might encounter with a new home. Zillow needs 150 characters for this review to count so I’m just adding stuff at the end here to reach that quota. But really. Ask for the Rieland’s.
Matt (and his brother TJ) have all the attributes you want in a realtor. Matt is a local expert, working not only in real estate but also highly knowledgeable in landscapes and pest control. They held firm on our offer and most importantly were always accessible for updates on the house. In this market, there is nobody I would trust more than Matt. Glad to call him a friend first as well as a very talented real estate agent.
Matt and TJ have lived in Santa Fe since they both were very little and truly know the area. They have also been in many of the wonderful homes old and new because of the family business they helped run. They have good understandings of landscape and trees, as well as what could be a potential problem with foundation or structure of the property.
